My dad died at 70; he was buried when he was 80. There is staying alive and then there is still being able to do things.
Don’t wait for the symptoms of pain to try to deal with the problems. You don’t wait for your engine to smoke and slow down before you change the oil. You change the oil as a preventative so that your engine doesn’t die on you.
Pain is the same way. Pain is YOUR body telling you something is wrong. By then, you are beyond preventing pain. You HAVE to deal with it. Once you get back to form, you should maintain your regimen of treatments, behavior, preventative practices. Structural Therapy will help you overcome your pain issues. But, more importantly, when applied in a continuous, and conscientious manner, Structural Therapy will help you maintain functionality and good health.
