By being out of whack, your structure is creating pain. Because of some event, over time the wrong muscles in your body are doing muscle work they weren’t intended to do. That causes bones to move and nerves to get irritated and muscles to fatigue. And that causes micro-cramps which we call trigger points.
Trigger points are both sources of pain and alarms that tell you something is out of kilter in your structure — time to get some help. So, one of our therapies focuses on reducing and eliminating the pain of trigger points.
We work on balance. Getting you to stand straight, walk tall, and don’t slump. We do that through a combination of spinal and muscle stretches, walking with head weights, and a variety of other therapies and physical therapy treatments.
As you can imagine, Chiropractic adjustments form the backbone, if you will, of our program. Chiropractic has a well-established record of success when dealing with structural issues. But as with many of our therapies, we see things differently. At virtually no time will anyone “crack” your neck. We believe other adjustment procedures are more effective, less threatening for our patients.
